Stay at the Cabin!

One of our partners has a 2 story cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen on Lake Patoka. This cabin sits on 10 acres adjoining one of our leases (100 acres) and is within 35 minutes of almost 600 acres of our leases. If you lease any of these properties totaling over $2,200 then you can use the lodge for both Deer and Turkey hunting seasons at a low rate of $25/person/night***. No drinking or drugs (owner is an Indiana State Trooper) and please leave it the way you found it. Keys will be picked up upon your arrival and turned back in upon your departure. *** Rules
  • There can only be a maximum of 2 people from your group using the cabin per night. Bedrooms are meant for double bunking. This is to allow for one or the other hunting groups to possibly use it as well. This cabin is meant to be a convenience to around 3 lease groups.
  • $50 minimum per night.
  • If you have more than 2 people they are more than welcome to stay on site in a camper for a $15/person site stay fee per night.
  • No minimum camper site stay fee.
  • If you only want to stay in a camper because you have all of your hunters in it is a $50/night site stay fee per night.
  • No Alcohol or Drugs allowed on site so that all guests are on their best behavior.
  • Arrangements will be made to pick the keys up and return the keys.
