lease services

With nearly a decade of providing leases and servicing hunters in our region we have learned a lot about what hunters need and want. New for 2020 we will now offer various lease maintenance services to our leases or other leases you may have wherever feasible. We look forward to providing these extra services to those hunters that may be far away, just short on time or just appreciate premium service. Leave the servicing to us so you can focus on what you enjoy the most, having a great hunt!. Please note that these prices generally apply to our core leases and areas. If needed we have the right to adjust pricing as needed to adjust for our time or other costs.
Feeding
​.50/pound (minimum of 500 pounds per site trip)
  • You will need to mail the feed or have it purchased and waiting for us at a local store for pickup.
  • The sites need to be accessible by Truck and usual footwalk/carry in.
Food Plot Prep
​$200 per acre (5 acre minimum)
  • You will need to provide us with a detailed map of where you want your food plot beds created. We can make suggestions as well.
  • The area will be mowed and tilled and ready for seeding and covering (you are responsible for that).
  • We will till/apply any minerals/fertilizer into the soil that you provide and have paid for.
  • We will only apply seed and cover it up for you if you provide the seed, agree that we are not liable for its growth/failure and pay an additional $100/acre.
Ground Blind Construction and Placement
$300 per blind (minimum of 2 blinds)
  • We will purchase materials and construct a basic ground blind with roof in the general dimensions of 5x5x5.
  • It will be frame style with canvas/tarping wrapping below the shooting portals.
  • It will be light weight and easy to move around on a truck or with a tractor.
Ladder Stands
$150 first stand setup and $100 for each additional ladder stand setup (minimum of 2 total)
  • ​You will need to mail the stands in manufacturer packaging and condition or have them purchased and waiting for us to pickup in a nearby store.
  • We will only setup standard ladder stands and tripods or similar with railing at 15 feet or below.
  • We must be listed on your insurance policy.
Mineralization
$300 one time site visit (up to 6 blocks)
  • You will need to mail the minerals desired for placement to us or have them purchased and waiting for us to pickup in a nearby store.
  • We will apply up to 6 places you desire as long as they are in block form other forms will need to be discussed.
Mowing
$100 per acre (minimum 5 acres)
  • You will need to provide us a detailed map of where you want the tract to be mowed.
  • Basic rough mowing of tall grass and small, newly emerged saplings.
  • Contact us for smaller jobs such as trail mowing, etc.
Trail Cams
$200 first trail cam setup and $100 for each additional setup (minimum of 2 total)
  • You will need to mail cams that you wish setup or have them purchased and waiting for us to pickup in a nearby store.
  • Pricing applies to setting up Cellular Cams Only that also have a "Stolen" Feature on them.
  • If you wish for us to test it before leaving we must have verifiable access to the account and you must be available to confirm if it is operational.
  • Contact us directly for pricing if you wish to use traditional trail cams and would like for us to check and send the pics directly to you.
Property Posting
$300 for posting usual entrances and main visible property line or $600 for reasonably posting entire boundary.
  • Posting will only use existing fencing, posts, non marketable trees and other similar objects that currently exist.
  • If there is no fencing or posts we will have to discuss what type of prep needs to occur first.
