 You should only sign up for a Membership if you understand that looking for good hunting land to lease is an ongoing process. Signing up as a Member does not mean we currently have an Open Lease that may fit what you want. Each person's opinion of "what is good" is different and we would have no idea of actually knowing if we have something right now of what you are looking for. We are always looking for new hunting land to get to you and it is an ongoing process for us. Throughout the year we have a large inventory of hunting leases that we process renewals on or open back up if hunters do not pay or have decided to try another place. Throughout the year we attend 6 to 10 in person events to try and connect directly with landowners of which has significant costs. We also mail or use other methods to get in front of 30,000 to 50,000 landowners each year of which has significant costs. It is important to know that NOONE refunds us our money or lets us know ahead of time if our efforts will be successful. We are always on the search and there are no guarantees provided to us by Event Organizers, Advertisers, the U.S. Postal Service and more that our efforts will be successful. Your membership money helps us to grow and refine our effectiveness in getting land to market of which maybe one that you are looking for. Memberships are explicitly designed to be something you monitor yearly throughout the years. Even if you currently have a lease or find one please know that land continually changes hands through Death, Divorce, Sales and more so monitoring land opportunities is a nearly never ending process. Please read and understand this before you become a Member. We are more transparent than anyone on our Social media of our continual efforts to find land and your Membership helps to make this happen for us all on a larger scale. Membership Changes Coming

To adapt to what we hear and better serve a wider variety of hunters we will be making these changes in the near future. Annual Memberships will not change. There will be a lower priced Annual Memberships focusing on those tracts at $3,000 and lower to better help those hunters sort and reach the tracts they are focusing on. There will also be a lower priced, Monthly Membership for those that casually just want to po-in and observe for a while. Upon log-in members will be routed to their appropriate webpage access only. Full details will be available shortly. Current Membership holders will be static and locked in as they are  due to logistics of change.
