Gallatin, KY 300 $11,000 Look at this stunning aerial. This is a top notch county. It is both convenient and secluded! Multiple entrances! Smack in between Cincinnati and Louisville! Owner open to allowing a camper. This is the type of tract where Deer get old. Saw a few we got on Video and there are some Ponds that Ducks were on! Minutes from the Interstae Exit, Nascar Track, Casino and Golf Course for those that like extra curricular activities when they travel tos etup, etc. There are at times 40 to 80 cows in some of the fields and they are mostly fenced. They are rptated on other tracts as well but cannot guarantee their rotation due to weather, grass quality and other graze factors. The farmers are conscious of trying to accomodate as best can be and probably will benefit from getting to know them over the years. Younger owner so could be around a long while.
